As requested, we have a Tuesday morning Aqua Cardio. Class begins at 10:30 AM. Please sign up by 9:30 AM so we can confirm with the instructor. Classes are $6 each and sign up in is the Lifestyle Office. Stretch & Tone and Line Dancing are free, but we still ask that you sign up. Stop by the Lifestyle office for a copy of class descriptions.
