The Contracts and Purchasing Department personnel is currently involved with, but not limited to the following projects:
• Contractor to communicate the start date for maintenance washing of Condo 25. • Condo 25 selected TRC to perform roof forensic report for their condo. • Condo 2 in discussion to possibly select TRC for roof forensic report. • Condo 48 discussing selection of unit 2 lanai repair proposals. • In process of receiving proposals for Condo 5 carport FiberTite roof replacement.
Waiting for quotes for window screens for Condo 4 to prevent damage from golf balls.

• Scheduled preconstruction meeting with Condo 41 and roof shingle replacement vendor. Project to discuss plan and start of roof replacement project. • Waiting for safety committee to provide identified dark zones within property to communicate to FP&L for change of light type or additional light poles to eliminate large areas of dark spots along roadway and sidewalk paths. • Condo 20 additional carports project start date anticipated in May 2022.
Golf Course J.R. Irwin, Director of Golf Course Maintenance
Extreme drought conditions have set in, lakes are quite low and we are monitoring levels, cutting back on irrigation water use, turned off fountains.

• Waiting on quote for Condo 1 window replacement.
• Selected engineer to communicate date of meeting to discuss carport repair/replacement project. • To discuss proposed bike storage area for Condo 40 with selected engineer once meeting date scheduled. • Contractor to notify date when Condo 4 roof repairs to be performed.
Irrigation and lake discharge pump station wet wells scheduled for bi - annual cleaning and inspection on April 8, 2022.

• Monitoring tadpoles in lakes, if confirmed cane toads via biologist, will contract out trapping measures based on timing recommendations from biologist. • Leibold Golf Irrigation contractor installed a needed irrigation pressure relief valve on Hole #9, warranty work only.
Reviewing and processing ARCs.

• Scheduling and processing termite and pest control services. • Scheduled meeting with engineer to discuss Condo 22 carport structure repairs. • Waiting for final quote regarding Condo 23 maintenance washing of specific lanais. • Spectrum to place sample area on ground floor for Condo 22 painting of concrete floor project. • Condo 46 weighing repainting project with the inclusion of engineer to review building. • Condo 25 to select contractor for repainting of walkways, laundry rooms, and stairwells. • Condo 21B selected contractor for fire box removal and replacement. In process of having
• Cultivation equipment prep and servicing continues for scheduled summer work.
• Summer annual flowers for the golf course to be installed toward the end of April.
• Golf course hardwood and palm trees scheduled for trimming in May.
• Concrete cart - path additions for the golf course mapped out, price finalized and awaiting final Board of Directors approval, installation would be in September—October.
