These new designs are our first foray into Rearloaded 2-Story Townhomes. Upon entry, each has a generous Gathering Room which ties nicely into the open Kitchen space. The 2 floors provide different Owner’s Suite solutions to capitalize on various views throughout the communities, and this flexibility was very well received during Consumer Validation.
