Strength and Conditioning 1 / Strength and Conditioning 2 Semester - 0.5 Credit Prerequisite: None Strength and Conditioning is a graded semester elective in which students learn many different ways to gain muscular endurance and muscular strength. Students explore and engage in isotonic and isometric exercises, play with tempo and range changes, and use a variety of different tools including steel mace, cork blocks, circular resistance bands, linear resistance bands, sliders, yoga balls, rebounders, and weights.

Volleyball introduces high school students to the fundamentals of the game, focusing on skills, strategies, and game concepts. Students will develop technique, teamwork, and game awareness in a supportive and active environment.
