Staff Recognition Barbeque O n June 14th, we gathered

Congratulations were extended to our award honorees: Amy Cavaliere, Director of Behavioral Services, recipient of the Hope Heart Award for always doing her best to find a solution, and

at Loch Sheldrake Fireman’s Park for our annual Staff Recognition BBQ, an event honoring the commitment and milestones of our staff. Attended

her belief in everything being “figure-out-able”; Darrius Shaw, Direct Support Professional 2, awarded the Fred Birnbaum Award for embracing challenges head on with love and acceptance; and Rosalyn Segarra, Direct Support Professional, honored with the Maxine Belson Award for going above and beyond to ensure the people she supports feel included and engaged in the fun. The day was a heartfelt celebration of our staff’s exceptional accomplishments. Special thanks to Carlos, Vicente, and Elliott from Maintenance; Beth and Stefanie from Finance; and our dedicated Volunteer “Dream Team” members

by over 200 staff and their families, we celebrated those who have reached significant employment milestones of 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 20+ years. We also recognized our relief staff who worked 500+ hours in the past year.
