Childminding Service (1 month - 5 years) Receive child care while participating in programs and services. Children are supervised during unstructured play in the playroom. Monday, Wednesday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm Saturday, 8:15 - 11:15 am Childminding Fee: $3.00 / 30 minutes $48.00 / 10 hours Adult - Fitness Active & Able Fitness 50+ Boost cardio health with low-impact moves that build strength, agility, coordination & balance. Modifications shown; may include floor work. Barre & HIIT Combo Tone with Barre, sweat with HIIT! This combo class build strength and boost endurance. All levels are welcome Cardio Kickbox Combine kickboxing moves with cardio drills. Enjoy a full-body workout while enhancing fitness, agility, and self-defense skills. Cardio Mix Expertly combine the major components of fitness with an emphasis on cardio, flexibility, muscular strength, endurance in a high-energy class. Cardio Step & Muscle A combination of cardio step and intervals with an added resistance challenge to make this a well-rounded workout. Cardio Workout Enjoy a stimulating aerobics class of high or low interval training. Chair Yoga, Yoga 50+ Boost mindfulness, balance and flexibility with the support of a chair. Experience Yoga 50+, with modified options. Core Strength & Conditioning Feel empowered. Combine core exercises with functional movements to enhance stability and performance. Cycle Experience a non-impact cardio workout including indoor cycling intervals and drills. Cycle & Strength, Cycle & Stretch Combines body conditioning & core training, using dumbbells and tubing. Cycle & Stretch is a calming class that transitions invigorating ride to stretches. Indoor Cycling • Register online at newwestcity.ca/indoor-cycling or call any Parks and Recreation facility • Arrive no more than 5 - 10 minutes early. No class admittance once the class has started. • No-shows will be tracked and failure to cancel may result in revoked privileges. Dance Party Dance in a full-body, no-equipment cardio workout set to throwback R&B songs, Afrobeats, Bollywood, and Hip-Hop tracks. Flow Yoga Engage in a continuous flow of poses with dynamic, rhythmic, and fluid movements.

Functional Strength Focus on functional training with the goal of practicing movements safely and correctly. Gentle Fit 50+ Improve balance, strength, and stability through everyday movements in a moderate intensity class. Features chair and standing exercises. Gentle Yoga & Meditation Move through gentle, easy-on-your-body, yoga poses, followed by a guided meditation. Hatha Yoga & Hatha & Core Yoga Stretch and breath to align, balance, strengthen and calm. Yin Yoga adds long holds to boost deep flexibility and relaxation. High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) Maximize a total-body, cardio and strength workout with intense interval followed by a recovery interval and stretch. Interval Training Alternate burst of high and low intensity exercises in this cardio- based class to burn calories, build strength, and boost endurance efficiently. Intro to Barre Sculpt, tone, and strengthen with our energizing Barre class – where ballet meets yoga and pilates – fitness for all levels. Iyengar Yoga Develop strength and flexibility.
