At the 2024 Flame Forward! conference, Chief Executive Officer Mikhail Shneyder announced to the organization that no collaborator at Nightingale Education Group would make less than $25 per hour. This amount is more than three times the federal minimum wage and gives collaborators the opportunity to meet basic living expenses.
