Bienvenue POOL PARTY

A playful, beach-themed, pastel-infused pool party kicked off the festivities. The event was held at the YACHT CLUB DE MONACO and featured color- coordinated games, branded touchpoints, delicious cocktails, and immersive entertainment provided by NUART ENTERTAINMENT. Alexis and Leo asked their guests to dress in all-white as a modern homage to the mid-century photographer Slim Aarons, renowned for his iconic beach or poolside images (often in the South of France) in his 1950s heydays. “The idea was to let the guests dive into a different show and ambiance for each event,” shares event planner Jennifer Rocher of LAVENDER AND ROSE WEDDINGS, who provided event planning and design, same-day coordination, and guest favors for the four-day extravaganza.

WHAT THEY WORE Alexis was a walking interpretation of the wedding invitation. Her custom gown and matching cape by Texas-based bridal gown designer, ANGELINA MATA , featured hand-painted sculptured flowers fashioned out of silk organza, layered over three shades of pink tulle. The dress was paired with a satin belt and finished with a vintage 1940s rhinestone belt buckle. Leo wore a cream suit paired with a pink button-down shirt and a hand-painted floral handkerchief that matched his bride-to-be’s couture gown. His velvet loafers by BLUSCARPA were custom- embroidered with the couple’s signature monogram.
