Dear Emma,
Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board acknowledges the receipt of the 2024/2025 Quality Account from Norfolk Primary Care (NPC) and welcomes the opportunity to provide this statement. Based on the information and data available within the report, Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) supports NPC in the publication of its Quality Account for 2024/2025. We are satisfied that it incorporates the required mandated elements. We note the challenges NPC have experienced and continue to face whilst successfully prioritising the health and wellbeing of our population. We acknowledge the impact of workforce pressures and the financial constraints affecting NPC. The ICB recognises the transition from North Norfolk Primary Care to Norfolk Primary Care and your formal establishment as a Community Interest Company (CIC). We thank you and your committed team for your continued focus on system level priorities including NPCs GP at the Front Door Service, which continues to receive excellent patient feedback. The ICB note the areas identified by NPC that require focus as you continue your development as a CIC, identified in the report as, strengthening neighbourhood working, improving access to care, enhancing health outcomes, and supporting the long-term sustainability of Primary Care services. As we move into the 2025/2026 period we are pleased to see an ongoing focus on ensuring patients and service users are cared for in a safe environment, protected from avoidable harm. We look forward to
