seeing the strengthening of collaborative working with health, social care and VCSE providers and the wider Integrated Care System (ICS) to enhance safety and quality across the community. The highlighting of your culture of transparency and continuous improvement by regularly reviewing safety protocols and patient care practices will act as a beacon of good practice. Moreover, the empowerment of staff through targeted training and development initiatives, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high- quality, compassionate care while upholding the highest safety standards, will bolster staff satisfaction and service user confidence. Thank you for these comprehensive ambitions. We are pleased to see an overall positive output from employee engagement and the results from the staff survey. Role clarity, job fulfilment, meaning and purpose in work and NPC services are regarded to be of high quality by the staff who work within them noted as significantly encouraging feedback. We note the introduction of and commitment to the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and clinical audit, and the analysis contained within the report. The ICB notes the embedding of the home visiting service to support patients and promote hospital admission avoidance, and we look forward with interest at the development of digital opportunities for patients and staff. We also respect the ongoing work undertaken around “Inclusion Health.” The Norfolk and Waveney ICB recognises the challenges ahead and values the commitment from all staff within Norfolk Primary Care, we believe the report captures key elements of safety, clinical effectiveness, and patient experience and the organisation’s commitment to continuous improvement and quality. On behalf of NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB, we would like to personally thank you, the individuals involved in developing and producing this account and all the staff. We look forward to building on our joint working relationship to ensure safe, effective care for our patients and local population during 2025/2026.
Kind regards
