Performance Rehabilita- tion & Regenerative Medi- cine has leased 6,300 s/f in the 21,600 s/f medical/pro- fessional building. This will be the third location for this successful physical therapy practice and on track to open this fall. Tomlinson has also leased 3,390 s/f in the adjacent retail building to a new and exciting restaurant concept. The experienced restaurant operators of a successful Mediterranean concept have embarked on a different ven- ue for Franklin Commons as their new restaurant special- izes in fresh burgers, chicken and salads and is scheduled to open this summer! With these two new leases the office and retail complex surrounded by new hous- ing and other commercial and industrial development along Elizabeth Avenue is now 100% leased according to Franklin Commons LLC. In other news, SRM an- nounced the sale of 97 Mount Bethel Rd. in Warren, Twp., a two-story 7,800 s/f office building off Exit 36 of I-78. The building was sold to Clar- ity Labs, an established clini- cal testing company through- out New Jersey. A 1-acre property at 1329 Rte. 22 in the Borough of Mountainside was sold to the Borough of Mountainside as an expansion to existing municipal facility also on Rte. 22.
