This property is located just off Rte. 206 in the bustling business and residential com- munity of Hillsborough in Som- erset County. The 22’ clear with 10 drive-in doors building has easy access from Rtes. 1, 22, 206 and Interstates 78 and 287. “Our team prides itself on the ability to work dynamically with clientele throughout the country and this transaction proved to be no different,” says Michael Schipper, senior director for The Blau & Berg Company. “The level of trust bestowed upon us by our out of state client to assist in the divestiture of their asset leased to a publicly traded entity was a fantastic opportunity, which was facilitated by our rigorous marketing efforts and expan- sive customer base. The central 287 corridor has found a resur- gence of interest as of late, and we are excited to contribute to its growth.” MAREJ
