(DLS).Headquartered in Itasca, Illinois, DLS was founded by Bob Hakman in 1985.Today, DLS is a labeling solutions provider with more than 200 team members; four locations: Illinois, Georgia, Texas, and Nevada; and more than 320,000 square feet of production space.
PPC Flexible Packaging, LLC , a provider of cus- tom flexible packaging for specialty food and health- care markets, acquired Payson, Utah–based Temkin International . PPC, headquartered in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, is a flexographic printing and converting of flexible films, bags and pouches. Temkin International, founded in 1980 and headquartered in Payson, Utah, is a provider of rollstock, stand-up pouches and floral sleeves and operates manufacturing facilities in Payson, Utah, and Bogota,Colombia with offices in Miami, Flor- ida, and Toronto, Canada. AR Packaging Group AB , Lund, Sweden, acquired all outstanding shares in Istragrafika, d.d. , a produc- er of folding carton products for the tobacco, food and consumer goods segments. Istragrafika, headquartered in Kanfanar, Croatia, has a workforce of approximate- ly 160 employees. Istragrafika was established in 1956 and previously owned by TDR, a subsidiary of British American Tobacco plc. International Paper took over Envases Grau in Spain, a company with four packaging plants and ca- pacities of around 15,000 tons per year. Envases Grau is a family-run manufacturer of corrugated board and wooden packaging, especially for fruit and vegetables. The company operates four sites, one each inTavernes
