In a previous role as operations director, he built and led a large offshore production center, with responsibility for more 700 staff, and later served as managing direc- tor for a global brand development agency in Mauritius, gaining extensive experience of managing teams across diverse, fast-growing markets. In his new role with Repro- flex3, Pangikal will spearhead the expansion of the com- pany’s prepress and flexo platemaking solutions across labels, flexibles and corrugated packaging.
