Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and your career to date? “I’ve dedicated much of my career to the ntech sector, starting with key roles at Bitso, Mexico’s pioneering ntech company and Latin America’s rst crypto unicorn. Most recently, I was tasked with leading the ntech ecosystem at Arca Continental, a global consumer packaged goods company serving over 123 million customers worldwide. Throughout my career, I’ve always strived to combine theoretical knowledge with tangible, on-the-ground application.” What programme did you graduate from? “I pursued a double degree: an MBA from Egade Business School and a master’s of advanced management from Yale School of Management, both of which I completed in 2023. Prior to that, I secured my MBM from Egade in 2019.” Why did you take this particular programme? “My choice of Egade was methodical, guided by its unparalleled reputation in Mexico and a curriculum that I felt was comprehensive and grounded. The MBA programme, in particular, went beyond mere academic gain; it

I’m now able to seamlessly align speci c projects with overarching business goals, while leveraging the latest insights and strategies in technology.” What are the next steps for you on your career journey? “Stepping into my new role at the Arca Continental Group is both exhilarating and humbling. Here, I nd myself at the nexus of technology and strategic vision, tasked with the exciting challenge of shaping a ntech product portfolio designed for LatAm’s diverse populace. I’m looking forward to leveraging this unique position to craft solutions that can resonate with, and improve the lives of, millions across the region.”

connections that I made during the programme are cherished memories.” How has the programme made a difference to your career and development as a manager? “My academic pursuits, particularly my MBA, have provided me with a well- rounded skill set that is essential in the corporate world. As I embark on a new leadership role within the Arca Continental Group at LatAm level, I’ve encountered both challenges and rewards. My ability to deftly manoeuvre through the intricacies of this position is largely due to the foundational insights
