Virginia Lee Journey November 24, 1956 - May 27, 2018 In Remembrance of...
Let me tell you about this remarkable woman: she was a woman that loved her family and fought Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer, kidney failure, congestive heart failure and depression for 31 years. Her fight to survive was done for her girls and the love she had for her family. Mommy loved crafts, decorating, going to plays, going out to eat, spending time with her grandkids, having parties, sharing memories with her brother and sisters, studying black history, dressing up and being fancy. Mommy was the epitome of survivor!
