Do some research on what area you think you might enjoy, whether it be quick turnaround Design & Build interior fitout projects or high- scale Data Centres or Cleanrooms. Ardmac have expertise in all fields and are keen to expose their trainees to as many aspects of their services as possible. Don’t be afraid to let your employer know what you want, because it will likely benefit all parties in the short, medium and long term. HOW HAVE YOU FOUND THE EXPERIENCE OF BEING PART OF THE TRAINEE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME? The company has done a great job in promoting the interests and needs of their trainees and I expect the success of the programme to continue year-on-year.
