OCTOBER 23, 1921 PAUL’S LAST JOURNEY TO JERUSALEM Golden Text: Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we fain t not. Gal. 6:9. LESSON TEXT Acts 21:3-17. (Read Rom. 16:3-16, 21-23; 2 Tim. 4:19-21.)

(11) And when he w as come unto us, he took P aul’s gitdle, and bound h is own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jew s at Jerusalem bind the m an that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles. (12) And when we heard these things, both we, and they of that place, besought him not to go up to Jerusalem . (13) Then Paul answered, W hat m ean ye, to weep and to break m ine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus. (14) And when he would hot be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The w ill of the Lord be done. (15) And after those days w e took up our carriages, and w ent up to Jeru­ salem . (16) There w ent w ith us also certain of the disciples of Caesarea, and b rou gh t w ith them one M nason of Cyprus, an old disciple, w ith whom we. should lodge. (17) Arid when we w ere come to Jerusalem , the brethren received us gladly.
