"We don't get their bill and sit on it for 30 days and then pay them. That's just one of the things that we've decided as a company—that we were going to pay our guys weekly so they want to work for us." Quality craftsmanship is the cornerstone of Glendarroch Homes, and this is achieved through longstanding relationships with skilled subcontractors. "We have great subs," Tim asserts. "We've been working with a lot of the labor guys for 20 years, and they know what we expect." Their approach to subcontractor relationships is both practical and respectful. "One of the things that’s the reason why they like working with us is we pay them weekly," Tim reveals.
