Among their many projects, one stands out in particular—a stunning 8,200- square-foot English Tudor-style home in Viridian. "This client was very particular about what they wanted," Tim recalls. "The project turned out great. The relationship with the client is wonderful. The attention to detail, the molding, the fireplaces—it was just out of this world." The satisfaction was mutual. "They still tell us, 'Hey, if anybody ever wants to come see our house, just let us know—a potential client—we're happy to walk through,'" Tim shares. "There aren't very many people that are willing to open up their house at any time, but they certainly are." Growth Rooted in Values As for the future, Glendarroch Homes envisions growth, but not at the expense of their core values. "We would love to grow in size," Tim admits. "We're not trying to grow just for the sake of growth and get as big as we can and try and find someone to come buy us out." Quality of life and company culture take precedence. "We care so much, from top to bottom with everybody at our company, about quality of life, and we want people to enjoy working here," Tim emphasizes. "We want people to enjoy what they do when they're not working."
