Thousands of families are grappling with the harsh reality of unaffordable housing, teetering on the brink of displacement. Amid this growing concern, a beacon of hope has emerged—the Dallas Housing Coalition. This coalition isn't just a group of organizations; it's a movement fueled by passion, unity, and an unwavering commitment to ensure that every Dallas resident has a place to call home.
"Our city is facing a significant shortage of affordable housing units, and it's impacting families every day," says Bryan Tony, Organizer of the Dallas Housing Coalition. "We knew that by uniting our efforts, we could make a real difference."

Dallas, like many booming metropolitan areas, is experiencing a housing crisis that threatens the very fabric of its communities. Reports indicate a staggering deficit of at least 33,600 affordable rental units for families earning less than half of the median income. On the homeownership front, there's a shortfall of over 16,000 units.
