ZERO WASTE COCKTAIL CLASS
Celebrating Bali’s age-old traditions and natural resources, Bar Manager Paul Minea and the team reveal how – with local ingredients, ancient techniques and a bit of imagination – a cocktail can become the ambassador of sustainability. Our Zero Waste Bar Workshops will have you foraging, cooking, mixing and shaking your way to your next cocktail, and give you a few recipes and eco-tips to take home. Classes take place at Telu, our aromatic herb and cocktail garden made from 100% upcycled materials, and featuring an arak cellar where the bar team has revived the ancient practice of claypot-ageing to produce beautifully balanced infusions.
