Online Health Care Form System: CampSite Participants enrolled in any Preschool, Youth or Teen camp must have a current (2026) online Health Care Form completed NO LATER THAN SEVEN days before the start of your child’s camp. New Families: An online CampSite account is set up for you in the weeks after you have registered for one of our camps. Parents are emailed directions and supporting documents for completing the forms from services@mail.campsite-mail.com . Returning Families: Please log in to your CampSite account and review/update your child’s health care form. It is mandatory to reflect a 2026 completion date on your forms. Camp Cancellation Policy: We understand your plans can change. The City of Dublin makes firm financial commitments to camp staff, field trips and program supplies for all our camps. All camps canceled before Jan. 31, 2026, are refunded in full minus a $50 non-refundable fee per week per child. Cancellations made after Jan. 31 do not receive a refund. This policy applies to all camps, including both day camps and specialty camps. Transfer requests must be made by Jan. 31 to be accepted.

THE HUB Formerly known as the Teen Lounge, The Hub is a state-of-the-art multimedia space inside the Dublin Community Recreation Center that offers a variety of amenities for community members of all ages. Amenities include a multimedia wall, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch and a ping-pong table. The Hub provides a drop-in spot to work, play the latest video games or just relax on the couch. Reserved for teens ages 13-18: Tuesday-Friday: 3-9 p.m. Saturday & Sunday: 1-8 p.m. *Hours may change/vary with notice to the patrons at the discretion of the Dublin Community Recreation Center based on special events, scheduled programming or days when the DCRC has modified hours. RESPAWN LOUNGE Connected to The Hub is the brand-new elevated Respawn Lounge , a top-tier gaming center stocked with high-end gaming computers. Community members can purchase game time for the Respawn Lounge at the DCRC Welcome Desk or from the Hub Attendant during Drop-in Hours. Gaming information and programming opportunities can be found under ESPORTS & STEM within the Youth and Teen sections. Future Minds: AI Academy Code Ninjas Staff

Explore Artificial Intelligence (AI) by utilizing and tinkering with a variety of tools, games and resources. Throughout the week, Ninjas teach AI using images and voice

recognition through Google’s Teachable Machine, which allows them to control things in Scratch programs and on a micro:bit circuit board. Ninjas also explore AI through multiple interactive simulations, such as Quick Draw, Magic Sketch Pad, Evolution and ArtBot. Code Sensei guides Ninjas through demonstrations of popular AI tools, such as ChatGPT and CrAlyon. The culminating project in this camp allows Ninjas to create their own AI project in which they get to select their own input, model states and output.
