Teen Tennis Lessons Rick Weissman
Grab your racquet and meet Coach Rick at the tennis courts! These lessons include an introduction to basic tennis skills, including racquet handling, forehand and backhand ground strokes, rallying, sportsmanship and rules knowledge. An introduction to more volleying and serving rounds out a complete 5-lesson package. Participants need to bring their own tennis racquet and water bottle; tennis balls are provided.
Take your volleyball game to the next level! If you want to improve your serving, passing, hitting, blocking, or any other specific area(s) of your game, then EXCEL’s Small Group Training is for you. Work on your specific skill needs with our coaches to help you advance your game quickly. Each player is provided the opportunity to tell us what skill(s) they want to improve on and then work with one of our coaches to enhance that specifically-requested skill or skills. Designed for players of all levels, the program includes drills, small-group instruction, and game-based learning to improve ball handling, shooting, footwork and court awareness.
Led by Coach Kyle, a highly respected trainer with college playing experience and two NBA tryouts, this program is built on a proven track record of developing athletes who not only make their teams but thrive.
