Hatha Yoga is a full-body, slow-paced practice designed to encourage strength and flexibility while allowing time to focus on breath and awareness. Start where you are and foster a healthy mind-body connection. Each practice begins and ends with a calming meditation. A mindful warm-up awakens muscles and encourages mobility. Claudia guides you through intentional standing poses to improve balance, strength and stamina. Seated stretches help release tension while improving range of motion and flexibility. Each class is unique: join us on Mondays, Wednesdays or both. Options to modify or advance poses are offered in this mixed-level class. Blankets, straps and blocks are provided. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Join us for a playful and uplifting yoga practice designed for older adults of all experience levels. Start where you are and foster a healthy mind-body connection. Hatha Yoga is a slow-paced practice that allows for intentional movement and awareness. Begin and end each practice with guided meditation and mindful breath work. Claudia’s clear instructions guide you through stretching and exploring standing poses safely to improve your balance, strength and stamina. Seated stretches enhance flexibility and increase range of motion, promoting better posture and agility. Final relaxation completes your practice. Each class is unique: join us on Mondays, Wednesdays or both. Blankets, straps, and blocks are provided to support you in learning and modifying poses. This class does not accommodate chair yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
