August’s condo closed sales, at 55, were 1.8% below last month and 31% lower than last year. There was 2.6 months of inventory for condos in August, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The condo median sold price in August was $580,000, up 1.0% vs July and a 15% increase from August 2019. The average sold price was $719,189 with an average PSF sales price of $590 (up 16% and 8%, respectively, vs July).
