This ambitious project spans one million square feet of labs and workspaces for science and technology companies, complemented by 480 new homes, a hotel, amenities, and three public parks. The development is being delivered by Oxford North Ventures GP LLP, a 50:50 joint venture between Thomas White Oxford, the development company of St John’s College, with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Stanhope. Oxford North Ventures was established in March 2022 as the 50:50 commercial development joint venture company of Thomas White Oxford, the development company of St John’s College, with Ontario Techers’ Pension Plan and Stanhope to deliver substantial investment into carbon- efficient laboratories and workspace, amenities, public space, power and utilities, in addition to the infrastructure improvements to the A40 and A44 alongside public funding support.

The Role

ADMINISTRATOR AND ESG COORDINATOR, OXFORD NORTH

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

on invoicing, health and safety and operational platforms such as Elogbooks and Data Station. • Understand the Client’s ESG strategy. Drive improvements in the estate’s sustainability performance. • Be responsible for the collation, interrogation, and regular reporting of asset ESG data. Assist Client and occupiers with ESG- related queries and data. • Promote and enable a culture of improvement, encouraging and motivating Property Management teams, including site-based managers and service providers to go above and beyond minimum sustainability standards. • Work with external consultants to assist in the coordination of documentation for assessments as necessary to support the asset ESG strategy, including but not exclusively, ISO 14001 & ISO 50001, Accessibility, and Biodiversity. • Assist the site team with PR and marketing, events and enlivenment. These duties might include supporting the co-ordination of events together with marketing consultants or direct involvement in organising events, tenant meetings, etc. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall estate’s business objectives.

The Administrator and ESG Coordinator will work as part of the on-site team and support in ensuring Oxford North’s success. The role is site-based, supporting the wider Property Management team in the day-to- day management and reporting of the asset, including coordination and reporting of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) operational deliverables. As Administrator, this person will need to ensure close liaison between all parties on-site. Complementing the Property Management team, these also include service partners such as security and cleaning, front of house personnel, and occupiers as appropriate. The role will support the on-site team with corporate data collection linked to Oxford North’s operation, including Health & Safety reporting, and support with sourcing operational performance content for reporting to the Board. As ESG Coordinator, a key focus will be supporting the on-site team in monitoring the asset performance against the set ESG and sustainability targets set and promoting best practice. As a result, this role will also direct link with the Savills’ Property Management central ESG team in relation to the implementation of the Client’s ESG Brief. This covers environmental performance of the buildings and wider estate (energy, carbon emissions, waste, ecology) and social impact (liaison with local community, coordination of social value initiatives).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Undertake the production of reports, letters, emails, etc, as requested from wider team e.g. quarterly property management reports. • Under instructions from the Senior Management team, ensure that all periodic reporting to the Client, external stakeholders, leasing and managing agents is undertaken on a regular basis in an agreed professional manner. • Co-ordinate periodic meetings with site teams and occupiers where required to ensure that communication between all on- site parties is satisfactory. • Respond to ad-hoc general enquiries and help build the relationship between occupiers, contractors and management team. • Ensure online reporting is kept up to date

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong attention to detail and produce work to a high, consistent and accurate standard. • Ability to develop lasting and effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. • Customer orientated –ability to be client facing; excellent communicator and presenter. • Excellent communication skills –ability to communicate directly with a variety of stakeholders including service providers and tenants. • Highly motivated individual –with drive for self-development. • Ability to navigate, use and update IT systems such as Elogbooks (Computer Aided Facilities Management system), Data Station (Health and safety platform), purchase to pay systems • Excellent time management. Can deliver work under pressure and to fixed deadlines. • Resourceful team worker, with ability to be autonomous once reporting processes and workstreams defined. • Ability to proof-read professional documents with strong English, grammar and spelling skills • Completely IT literate with high level of competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. • Working knowledge of the property industry and operating real estate assets. • An evident passion for sustainability.

• Ability to independently prepare findings reports and presentations. • Experience of working with sustainability data, including knowledge of energy, water, waste and carbon metrics for real estate. • Ability to extract, analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources, working with site and engineering teams. • Knowledge and experience of applying sustainability in the property sector. • Experience with data analysis with excellent attention to detail and the ability to create complex formulas.
