After ten years, the Africa Israel Hotel chain ended its relationship with the Hai family, and management of the Nof Hotel returned to the family AFTER A DECADE: NOF HOTEL RETURNS TO MANAGEMENT OF THE HAI FAMILY

T he Nof Hotel in the center of the Carmel has returned to its original name, and is managed by the Hai family, this time in partnership with the Naria Hotel chain. In 2014, the Africa Israel Hotel chain – the franchisee of Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels in Israel – signed an agreement with the Hai family to manage the hotel, and its name was changed
to the BayView Hotel. The agreement stipulated that the chain would manage the hotel for ten years with an option for an additional five years. Last week, with the termination of the contract with the Africa Israel Hotel chain, management and operation were transferred to the Naria Hotel chain, which also owns the Daria Resort Village, Mia Glamping and another hotel that is due to Photo: Pini Wineberg Setai Tel Aviv Hotel, one of the leading luxury hotels in Israel, participated in the International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) held in Cannes, France. The fair, considered a major event in the world of luxury tourism, spread over three floors of exhibition R epresentatives of the space and brought together luxury hotels from over 300 countries around the world. The fair brings together leading brands, luxury hotels and travel and tourism agents, while creating a platform for strengthening business relationships and international collaborations. open in Jerusalem in 2026. The management of the Nof Hotel will be carried out in partnership with the Hai family, who remain its owners and are full partners in all strategic and operational moves. The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation, and will have a new spa complex with treatment rooms and an innovative jacuzzi. Towards the summer, a culinary of Sales at the Setai, Herbert Samuel and Orchid chain, and Alex Arfi – Director of Rooms and Quality at the chain. Setai Tel Aviv Hotel, one of Israel’s most prominent luxury hotels, is located in a historic 19th-century Ottoman building in the heart of Old Jaffa. The hotel offers a unique combination of rich history and modern design, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, unique chef journeys, a luxurious spa complex and the highest level of personal service. The hotel is considered one of the three recommended hotels in Israel by the prestigious magazine Forbes and is one of the luxury brands of The Leading Hotels of the World.

In the past, the hotel had a kosher Chinese restaurant that appealed to the traditional- religious audience, and the hotel is thinking about opening another kosher restaurant.
