The 53 detached sales in April were down by 24% compared to the previous month and were 32% below April of last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 12%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment remained in a balanced market. The detached benchmark price in April was $1.50M—virtually unchanged from last month and 12% below last year. The average sold price was $1.97M in April, up 18% vs last month and 7% above last year.
