The number of townhome listings in North Vancouver were up 9% vs last month, settling at 141, and were 110% above April 2018. The 29 townhome sales in April were up by 8 from March but 6 below April 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 21%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market transitioned to a seller’s market. April’s benchmark price was $957,700, 0.5% above March but down 7% from April of last year. The average sold price was $992,152 (2% above March) while the average PSF sales price was $603 (virtually unchanged from March).
