The number of condo listings in North Vancouver rose to 429 in April, 17% higher month-over-month and 138% above April 2018. Condo sales jumped to 64, a decrease of 12% month- over-month and a 37% decline year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 15%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $567,500, was virtually unchanged vs last month and 9% lower year-over-year. The average sold price of $659,395 was down virtu- ally unchanged vs March, while at $794 the average PSF sales price increased by 8% month-over-month.
