There were 935 detached listings in Richmond in April 2019, 7% above March and 15% higher than in April 2018. The 41 detached sales were a 24% decrease month- over-month and were 37% below April 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 4% in April, as Richmond’s detached market remained favourable to buyer’s. The benchmark price was $1.53M in April—1.0% below March 2019 and a 12% decrease from April 2018. The average sold price was $1.58M, 9% below last month and 18% lower year-over-year.
