There was a 16% increase in condo listings in Vancouver East month-over-month (to 499) while April’s listings were up 78% year-over-year. Condo sales increased by 24% from March (to 115) but were down 20% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly increased to 23%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in seller’s market territory. April’s condo benchmark price was $547,900, virtually unchanged from March and 5% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $577,929, a 7% decrease from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $797, 4% below last month.
