The sales-to-listings ratio slightly fell to 11% in April as Vancouver West’s townhome market became favourable to buyers. The benchmark price in April was $1.17M, 1.4% below last month and 10% lower than last year. The average sold price was $1.32M, while the average PSF sales price was $997 (both up 4%, respectively, from last month).
