The 38 detached sales in April were up by 15 month-over-month and 6 above April 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 7% in April, as conditions continued to favour buyers in West Vancouver’s detached market. April’s benchmark price was $2.57M—virtually unchanged from March and 16% lower than in April 2018. The average sold price of $3.44M was 19% higher vs last month and 15% above April 2018.
