The 8 condo sales in April were unchanged vs last month and 12 below last year. The sales-to-listings ratio was unchanged at 7% in April, as condos in West Vancouver remained favourable to buyers. The condo benchmark price was $1.13M in April, 1.1% above March but a 13% decrease vs last April. The average sold price was $1.27M and the average PSF sales price was $1,044, up 43% and 11%, respectively, vs March.
