The number of April detached listings in the Fraser Valley board area were up 12% from March (at 3,680), and were 14% above April 2018. Detached sales increased by 7% from March, to 541, but were down 21% vs April 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio remained at 15%, as the board area’s condo market continued to be balanced. The benchmark price in April was $964,600, virtu- ally unchanged vs the previous month and 5% lower year-over-year. The average sold price in April was $1.01M, 2% below last month and 11% lower year-over-year.
