The number of condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area were 1,625 in April, 6% above last month and up 84% vs last year. At 374, condo sales were 9% higher in April than in March but 25% below April 2018. Slightly increasing to 23%, the board area’s condo sales-to-listings ratio remained favourable to sellers. The condo benchmark price in April was $420,700, 0.6% above March but 6% below April 2018. The average sold price was $391,492 (2% below March), while the average PSF sales price was $451 (0.7% below March).
