The 1,846 detached listings in Surrey in April were up 13% compared to March and 10% above April 2018. April’s detached sales (242 homes) were up by 4% month-over-month but 24% below April 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped in April, to 13%, as Surrey’s detached market remained in balanced market conditions. At $1.06M, the benchmark price for detached homes was virtually unchanged from March and 5% below April 2018. The average sold price of $1.11M was 0.5% higher month-over-month but 9% below April 2018.
