Condo listings in Surrey increased to 816 in April 2019, 6% above March and 92% higher than in April 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were down 30% in April (to 174) but were 4% higher month-over-month. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 21%, as Surrey’s condo market remained favourable to sellers. April’s condo benchmark price of $438,200 was virtually unchanged from March and was 6% lower than in April 2018. The average sold price was $396,475 at an average PSF sales price of $490 (virtually unchanged and down 1.0%, respectively, from March).
