At PMMI, Andersen has held several lead- ership positions beginning with joining the Educa- tion & Workforce Development Committee in 2010 and taking over the chairperson role of the commit- tee in 2015. Andersen served as a member and chair of the Employee Development Committee (2012-2019), vice chair and chair of the Strategic Planning Com- mittee (2020-2023) and founding member of the Packaging and Processing Women’s Leadership Network (PPWLN), serving on the Executive Coun- cil since 2016. She has served as a member of the PMMI Board of Directors since 2017 and joined the Executive Committee as vice chair in 2020. Flint Group has appointed Robert Welford as President for Xeikon, its digital division. Stepping up from his current po- sition as Vice President of Research and Development, Welford will now lead Xeikon through the next phase of growth.

Welford joined Xeikon in September 2018 when he took over the management of Research & Devel- opment, with a broad remit overlooking the engi- neering operations, the ink and toner competence centers, and the print process and project manage- ment office. As the new president, he will further leverage these competences and his background in the printing industry, as the company accelerates the industrialization of its broad product line and continued integration with Flint Group.
