Planning • To liaise with College staff to establish any plans for events within the School; • In conjunction with the Directors of Admissions and Marketing identify, plan and manage the marketing of commercial events as appropriate. Branding • To work with the Admissions and Marketing teams to ensure the branding of the events and commercial letting is effective and consistent with the College’s requirements. Quality Control • To receive, record, evaluate and disseminate feedback; to identify and implement improvements as appropriate; • To collaborate with the various departments to ensure that best practice is adopted throughout the College. Other Responsibilities • To contribute to any other projects as directed by the Headmaster or Bursar; • To observe and comply with all College policies and regulations, for example Health and Safety, Data Protection, etc.; The CEM would be expected to undertake such other tasks relevant to the responsibilities of the post or needs of the College as may be reasonably requested.
