Implementation Resilience Verification
• Can your coherence approach withstand leadership changes and short-term pressures? • Are there protection mechanisms for sustaining coherence during challenging periods? • Has coherence become embedded in organizational identity rather than being seen as a temporary initiative? Organizations demonstrating integrated implementation, adaptation capability, and implementation resilience are positioned for sustained co- herence. Those still experiencing significant integration gaps, adaptation limitations, or implementation vulnerability should focus on strengthen- ing these foundations.
