How to use the diagnostic The diagnostic consists of 15 statements across five dimensions of complexity navigation. Rate your organization on each statement using a scale of 1-5, where: 1 = Strongly Disagree 2 = Somewhat Disagree 3 = Neither Agree nor Disagree 4 = Somewhat Agree 5 = Strongly Agree After completing the assessment, calculate the average score for each dimension to identify areas of strength and opportunity.
