The organization establishes clear boundaries around core values like patient-centered care and evidence-based medicine while creating flexible implementation pathways for diverse teams. Their learning and devel- opment programs maintain consistent growth principles while offering multiple pathways tailored to different career stages, learning styles, and cultural contexts. “We create canyons, not canals,” explains their Chief Talent Officer. “Everyone is moving in the same general direction, guided by consistent principles, but we don’t force identical approaches when team needs differ.”
