These narrative approaches transform ecosystem complexity from a coordination challenge to a shared journey, creating the coherence nec- essary for effective collaboration without requiring centralized control. Outcome-Based Models: Companies are transitioning from selling products or services to delivering outcomes. This shift requires them to manage complex systems that integrate multiple capabilities and often involve performance-based revenue models.
