Process
1. Situation selection : Choose a specific situation or challenge cur- rently facing the organization. 2. Stakeholder identification : Identify key stakeholders affected by or influencing this situation. 3. Perspective immersion : For each stakeholder, deeply immerse in their perspective: ○ What does this situation look like from their position? ○ What values, concerns, and priorities shape their view? ○ What information do they have access to or focus on? ○ What language would they use to describe this situation? 4. Interaction exploration : Examine how these perspectives interact: ○ Where do perspectives align or conflict? ○ How might misunderstandings or conflicts arise from perspective differences? ○ What new possibilities might emerge from integrating diverse perspectives? 5. Self-reflection : Examine your own default perspective: ○ What biases or limitations exist in your habitual view? ○ How has your understanding expanded through this exercise? ○ What practical implications follow for communication, decision-making, or problem-solving?
