RV Cover - Covid Related Review/Action on RV Covers

Background: The A&A rules require that RV Covers must be removed by no later than November 15 th each year. This year, we may have more owners than usual not returning to the resort in November or at all. However, the rules remain unchanged. Some owners have suggested we should waive the requirement for RV covers and allow them to remain on their RV’s throughout the winter. Despite the probability of some Canadian’s not traveling to the Resort this year, we anticipate that we will be fully operational and quite full. Do we want to have RV’s remain throughout the season or part of the season with covers on them? Will this degrade the looks of the Resort? Should we make a temporary exception to the A&A rules or should we keep the rule as is and communicate to absent owners that they still need to maintain their lots and have the covers removed by our large contingent of Wash and Wax contractors? Motion(s) For Consideration: No Motion – Rule remains the same OR Suspend the Rule until January 1, 2021 OR Suspend the Rule until November 15, 2021
