ES Kitchen Operation
Possible Restriction to Resident Personal Use

Background: Last year the ES kitchen underwent a major overhall with new equipment, bringing the kitchen up to commercial standards. While going through the renovation, the City and County were engaged through the permitting and inspection process. This raised the visibility of the operation to the Health Department which also conducted an inspection. Since we are under more scrutiny by the Health Department, along with the concerns relative to the Covid pandemic, the Board and management need to consider if we need more professional oversight of the operations of the ES kitchen? What, if any, of the kitchen will be open to use by owners for personal use? Should we ask Richard Camacho, the concessionaire of Bella Roma at the LaPalma Cafe, to oversee the operation? Motion for Consideration: To close the ES kitchen to residents for personal use and to ask Richard Camacho, current concessionaire of Bella Roma at the La Palma Café, to supervise the operation of the ES kitchen, allowing for Lifestyle sponsored events.
