Compliance Letters Sent • 78 - Notices sent • 5 – Lots needing second Notice of Violation/follow up • 0 – Lots have time to complete non-compliant issues before second letter/follow up • 10 - Owners have responded to schedule work • 1 – Compliance Notice Appeal (No other appeals added) • Note: Gardeners and homeowners have been calling this month due to heat wave/dying plants. The gardeners have expressed concern to certain plants/hedges/trees. If trimmed during the heat they will die due to trimming stress and/or get sun burned but will get done in September when the weather cools.

Notes: As the weather cools down there should be more compliance courtesy notices being sent as gardeners can trim certain plants that cannot be trimmed during summer heat. Queen Palms should be trimmed by the end of September by Reliable Tree Works. Owners had questions regarding rig coverings for fall due to COVID-19.
